VERY EFFICIENT AND FAST

I have used Zerorez several times. Sometime my carpets come cleaner than others and this time I have decided it is the work of the person doing the cleaning. Jason came in and looked at everything to be done, asked questions and then got to work. In our conversation Jason told me he had been with the company for three months. I certainly hope Jason enjoys his job because I plan to use him every time. I was not aware that you could book a certain person to clean my carpets. Definitely the best job of cleaning that we have ever had. We will certainly be asking for Jason when we do our next cleaning...

Thorough and responsive to my schedule

First, I was impressed when Brian arrived well within the 2 hour time frame that was given. Then he methodically set up the equipment, prepared the carpet, cleaned it, and put everything away. I checked the whole carpet and could see he took pride in his work. After he left, other than a super clean carpet, I wouldn't have known he had been here. Great job Brian!

Had terrific experience especially with our technician, CJ. He listened to my concerns and offered excellent suggestions as well as explained the cleaning process thoroughly. He arrived timely and worked efficiently. Our carpets look amazing after his thorough cleaning! I will definitely continue to use ZEROREZ in the future and request CJ if possible.
