Technician was very professional with his work and took great care to not damage anything when pulling equipment through the house. He explained the process and was able to clean any and all stains I pointed out to him.
The technician that was sent out was professional he was here within the time frame that I was given. I spent more money for this cleansing then I wanted and was not able to clean one bedroom that had spots on the carpet but the tech did try.
