We recently had our carpets cleaned for the first time and were very pleased with our experience with Zerorez. From booking an appointment all the way until the technician left our home, the process was easy and exactly what we needed. The technician who cleaned our carpets, Christopher Craddock, was exceptional - explaining the process from beginning to end and doing an incredibly thorough job. We will 100% be using Zerorez again in the future and will be recommending Zerorez to our families and friends!

I like how professional the people are who come to my home. They also explain everything clearly and make sure you are 100% comfortable in the work they do. There is no pressure telling you that you need to get something else done. If they find something, they explain what the situation is and why they recommend something. After that, it up to the individual to decide what is right for them and their finances.
