Upfront price and good clean
It was so easy to schedule and even re-schedule, since I had to change my appointment twice. Everyone i spoke with was professional and friendly. And my service provider Dee was especially excellent - she texted to see if she could arrive early and worked with my schedule to arrive at a convenient time. Then she told me that my chairs would not show substantial improvement after cleaning and she hated to charge me for something I wouldn't be happy with. She proceeded to do all the basement carpet quickly and efficiently and it looks great. I was very, very pleased with the service.

I really like the representative that you sent to clean my carpet he was outstanding he gave me plenty of good advice he did a great job and I appreciate him for letting me know the things that I needed to know about carpet that I did not know at the age of 74 and been cleaning houses for years I found out that those prongs on the back of plastic messes up my carpet so his advice was taken and I did buy throw rugs to put down on the floor tell him thank you again I believe his name was Alonzo if not something close thank him for me
