No soap residue however we find tje spot chemicals so attract dirt. There wasna coffee stain in tje master that was not resolved.

Zerorez did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets and bathroom tile floor. They got out several doggie urine spots without any residual urine smell. The grout lines in the bathroom came white again. The technician was very courteous and took a lot of pride in doing a good job for me. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
