The product didn’t seem harsh. Emanuel explained the process, the ingredients inside of the solution he was using to missy our home with as well as letting us know about other services the company offers that suited our home needs(I.e. carpet cleaning, cleaning air ducts, etc.)

Customer service was excellent. Brian, my specialist, was very polite, professional, educated in and your product. Pricing was good and loved that the carpet smelled fresh and wasn’t soaked afterwards.
