Quontavious has restored my faith in Zerorez. I was not happy with the service performed by my Zerorez technician on July 14 2020. The previous tech cleaned 3 or 4 bedrooms and a hallway and was finished in about 30 minutes. Spots on the carpet that he cleaned did not go away. And after watching my latest tech pretreat the carpet with a spray I recalled that the tech in July didn't do any pretreat, nor did he use the yellow plastic corner guards or floor fans to help dry the carpet.
Compared to the job that Quontavious did it appears as though my previous tech did the minimum. I was not happy after the July cleaning, but I am now with the professional way that my carpets were treated by Quontavious. He is the standard that the rest of the tech's need to be measured against.

Roger, the young man who came out, was very polite. Roger explained everything that he was going to do. Roger was comfortable in the shampooing of our rugs. Roger would stop and show us how things were turning out and if we were ok with his work.
