From my first contact with Zerorez the customer service was amazing. The staff was very helpful in helping me decide if my room sized rugs were worth cleaning or simply replacing. The turnaround time was one week. The men who picked up my rugs were courteous and respectful. When they returned my rugs after cleaning they positioned them on the rug pads and replaced the furniture. They went above and beyond making sure I approved of the cleaning and service. I called Zerorez to express my concern with how my rug cleaning turned out and they jumped on it. Clarissa the manager reached out, got my feedback and wanted to make things right. She scheduled a pick up of the rug and redo of the cleaning as well as ensured it was going to be delivered. The drivers who picked it up were very friendly and so were those who dropped it off.
