This was for rug cleaning which was done good. Was one spot that apparently stained pretty bad and didn't clean as well as other areas. The guys that came out did lay the rug back for us in the master bedroom and did involve having to lift the bed. Not an easy job but the guys did a fantastic job of helping us. We are both senior citizens and having to life the bed would have been almost impossible for us. So we certainly appreciated their help.
Zero Rez picked up an area rug for cleaning. They contacted me for details when the delivery person picked it up. When it was finished once again they followed through with drop off details and the carpet came out perfectly. I will definitely use them again.
