The group exercise classes are great with a wide variety of offerings no matter what skill level someone is - the instructors are welcoming and helpful and enthusiastic. Love the Y!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love body combat, body attack, step, body tone, boot camp, complete core, body sculpt, and body pump. I go to Y everyday and these are the classes I enjoy. All the instructors are great!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It's nearby, the office worked w/me on an affordable membership fee (pretty much fixed income), the pool schedules are posted online so I can determine optimum window, and the bike equipment is usually working well.

I like the variety of programs offered to the community. Our family has done sports programs and art programs over the years, and my daughter is now certified in your kids program for the cardio center. Fair prices and friendly staff.
