Child watch plays a crucial part in getting me into the gym. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the group classes, and attend whatever fits into my ever changing schedule that day. Some of my favorites are Zumba, barre, aerobics, balletone, and pound. The best is yoga with Sandy. The quiet, dim holistic health studio is perfect for gentle yoga and provides the perfect environment for some much needed self love!

The many different types of exercise classes and the many times they are available
I have had a very good experience. I have been swimming and I only had one time when I could not get a lap lane. Crowded weekdays in the am.
All of my experiences at the Y have been excellent. Mike and Angela have been great with advice and help with improving my fitness. My wife has been in the Live Strong class and Donna, Helen and Krista they have really helped her cope during this trying time.
I feel wonderful about my membership. I have had bariatric surgery and working out at the YMCA has helped me greatly.

Friendly people
The facility really goes out of its way to have every possible form of exercise available to gym-goers, and as someone who craves variety, I really appreciate that. I also like that the group class schedule is routinely updated - Just a couple weeks ago, morning yoga classes were added to the schedule and I am now able to make it to yoga more often! I have never been to a gym like this before and I'm really glad that I decided to join back in November.

The Childwatch and Kids Zone staff are so warm and friendly. I love that my kids are being safely cared for, and that they are having so much fun while I get in a BodyPump class, or just run on the treadmill. Thank you!!

It’s clean, secure and run very well
An elliptical machine is always available - I have never had to wait for a machine even at the busiest times. There are always parking spots available. The staff in the workout rooms always have a big smile and are willing to answer questions. Our private swim lesson instructor is great, with both our 3-year-old and 8-year-old. The price is very reasonable.
