I only attend the Zumba class on Tuesdays at 11:45 AM with instructor Smitha. Her class is
energetic and fun. Each week there are different songs to dance to. No class is the same so no class gets old or stale.

Excellent Programs, excellent staff. The trainers are very sensitive to clients limitations, and so are class teachers, who stay aware of the range of capabilities in their classes.
Just started a preschool swim class. Tried this last spring, but it was a bad experience for my 4-yr-old grandson. This time, he loves it and is doing well. Perhaps 6 months more preparation for it helped, but I am certain the BIG difference is the instructor: KIKA! She treats each student like her own lovable grandchild, inspiring confidence that I believe is the biggest difference in this fall versus last spring swim lessons. She has also taught me how to work with him other than class time. Do not lose this gem, Kika!

The yoga class I took Sunday morning at 10:30 AM was just what I’ve been looking for. So glad to find it at the Y
The pool and work-out center
I mostly exercise in my own but I have taken one course and I have also done two weekly classes (yoga and weights). I liked both classes. The course content wasn’t very helpful.
I feel personally taken care of at Kennett Y.
Everything, my kids have been cared for there since infants. The staff is wonderful. Always willing to help. I could work without worry. We use the faculty now that they are older and we love it. From swimming to basketball to working out. We do it as a family and enjoy it a lot
Awesome groups! Enthusiastic and energetic instructors!
The programs are good and some of them are essential like swimming classes and trainings and aerobics, etc. but I personally like to see programs more relevant to me. To name a few I'd be more interested in programs like weight loss and self improvement. I think it would be great if you could have members to vote or suggest what programs they need most.
I like the classes and the energy of the instructors - specifically pilates and cycling.

We LOVE cycle beat! I wish there were more evening classes of it, like on Wednesday or Thursday maybe?

I LOVE the Kennett Y! The management is excellent, the list of activities is expansive and it's a relaxing place to go to just exercise. No gym bunnies and it's not a one-up competitive environment like you find in too many other gyms.
I like the array of programs, equipment and think it's an awesome place for kids to hang out in this age of all-things computers.
I've been to several other Y's and Kennett has them all beat.
