I had a fantastic experience with Zerorez. Their website made scheduling and getting an estimate a breeze. The text and email follow-ups were timely and helpful. On the day of service, the technician was respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers and working efficiently. He provided clear instructions on how long the cleaning would take and when we could walk on the carpets again for the best results. The entire process was quick and easy, and they did an outstanding job!
