I have tried other carpet cleaning services. Not only is Zerorez ALWAYS professional, scheduling and rescheduling is easy. My home always smells more fresh after a Zerorez appointment and the carpets dry nicely and aren't sticky, which I have experienced with other cleaning services.

One recommendation... I know all workers have been trained how to apply and extract the cleaning solution. I think it would be helpful to have them slow down a bit with the extraction.
It feels like my carpets are left with too much residual water.
This is ONLY regarding the training methods.... the gentlemen who have cleaned my carpets are always professional and they work hard.
