Jason was punctual, when he called to tell me what time he would be at my house. He showed up on time. He worked hard on cleaning my carpets. He did not make this a fast, easy job. Jason took his time and cleaned our carpets with care. After he was done, he walked me through the house where he cleaned the carpets. I liked that he took the time to make sure I was happy with his job.

Torre could not have been better. He thoroughly explained what he will be doing step by step. I could not have asked for a better tech. Torre certainly represents Zerorez in the very best light possible. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Torre a 12. Best person I have ever had from Zerorez. Torre is a tremendous credit to Zerorez and represents the company in the very best light.
I do have a complaint, you advertise the carpet will dry in 4-8 hours. This has never been the case. It takes over 12 hours to 18 hours to dry. That's with a ceiling fan in each room running on high and a box fan for the hallway. Drying time is much long than you advertise. This has always been the case.

Cortez and the second tech (sorry missed his name) were friendly and professional. They explained the service well and did a great job. The videos and photos showed a huge difference and I can notice a difference with allergies/breathing already. When our vents get dirty in the future, we will use ZEROREZ again.

The techs are always professional and considerate of our property and so polite! We have our carpets done about every 6 - 8 months. We have two dogs and the pet treatments do wonders for our carpets.
