Zerorez was recommended to me by my neighbor. The neighbor said she has used your company twice & was very satisfied. So I gave you a call. Your employee Mark called in advance & said they were on the way & asked permission to back into my driveway. Upon arrival they introduced themselves (Mark & Ben) & handed me a company brochure. They asked to show them the furnace & the basement first, then the main floor. As we were walking through the house Mark explained everything they were going to do. I noticed when they were bringing in their equipment they were respectful of my house (hardwood floors, corner baseboards & especially our furniture. When they completed the cleaning, Mark again explained how everything went & showed me pictures of the inside of our ducts. Mark mentioned since I had very bad allergies that Zerorez had a product that should help if I was interested. Mark mentioned the price & said it helped his son who also has allergies. I was very impressed with the 2 men who came out & would gladly have them back to clean my ducts in 5 years.

The person that came to clean the carpets was outstanding. We have been using Zerorez for years. This is probably the cleanest the carpets have ever looked. We had our carpets cleaned about a week ago. We have used your company in the past and we were always pleased with the service so we scheduled an appointment again. The technician who came to do our service was right on time, even a couple minutes early than what they estimated. He was very friendly and informative. He got our carpets cleaned in a surprisingly short amount of time. He gave us tips on what to do, how long to let the carpets dry and what to do afterwards. He assured us that our carpets were in great shape, not as bad as we thought originally. There was no smell from the cleaning as we might have had if we had used a rug shampooer.
I would recommend your company and I have to one of our neighbors.
