The technician came and properly clean both supply and return air duct and the dryer’s vent, I am very satisfied with the service and will call Zerorez again.
My appointment window was from 2 pm - 5 pm. Well as things happen, the jobs before mine extended themselves. Sidney, and Zerorez kept me notified of their status and when to expect him. Well after 6 pm he arrived, and surprisingly seemed "fresh and energized" and looking forward to ensuring that my carpets received top notch professional treatment. Less than two hours later he presented carpets and stairs that looked brand new.
So, I am 100% secure in the knowledge that my carpets will be in good hands with Zerorez technicians. I have used them now for more than three years in my home. They will make your home ready for any season you are ready to entertain friends & family.
