The technicians were wonderful. So friendly and explained everything they were doing. I had duct cleaning and carpet cleaning and all the technicians were truly wonderful. I would ask for them specifically because the guys were great. Would use zerorez again, no question.

Service was good. Left some sediment downstairs and on the driveway.
Also had to have them come back the next day because there was sediment in the trunk and the furnace filter would not fit in.

Outstanding work by Antonio. Professional, polite, courteous, hard-working. Great product/ service with carpets that look like new and have a fresh, clean scent. After service was done, Antonio did a great job of follow-up explaining the service he had done and also recommending the duct clean-up based on the dark residue he saw on the carpet edge.
