We are happy with their service technicians always courteous and professional and very organized in cleaning and completing the job! We were very happy with Dustin who answered all questions and explained products and what they do in removing dirt and stains. I like the fact that I can schedule a cleaning online. It's fast and easy and most of my questions were answered online. The tech who did the work explained the process, gave us options suited to our particular needs, and told us the cost upfront. The carpets were cleaned beautifully and dried quickly. We have used Zerorez for carpet cleaning multiple times now. We don't even think twice about using anyone else. I love that the carpets are able to be walked on so quickly after cleaning. Even when you do, if there is the slightest dampness left, you don't feel gross cleaning solution or anything sticking to your feet. The staff are always so nice and pleasant. We always have a spot or 2 that are specific concerns and they tell us exactly what we need to get it taken care of and it always works. There is no smell left behind at all. We usually set out several box fans to help speed up the drying process but it really does dry fast. Its wonderful that the staff are willing/able to handle furniture so you're not moving things from room to room.
