Mark and Ben were very professional, fast and diligent in cleaning my air ducts. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and were the best part of the service. The amount of drywall dust and muck they cleaned out of my duct works was staggering and I was blown away by how gross it was. I had recently purchased the house and am so thankful to no longer be breathing all of that crude. Thank you zerorez team 10/10

Dorian was professional and very pleasant.
I initially gave Zerorez a 10 rating, but when it dried, I was disappointed that there were still spots on the carpet just from normal wear that were not removed. We had a "redo" which helped significantly, but still had some spots not removed. I guess this is where we stop, but I expected to have a nicely clean carpet after all the advertising that Zerorez does.
The employee who serviced the house was very professional and extremely respectful. He did a great job and spent extra time on the hard to get stains. Im happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend to friends or family!
