My technician was awesome! I'm horrible with names, but he was a very nice and repectful young man. He called before hand to give me a heads up he would be arriving in 15-20 minutes and he asked to come into my home. He was super nice the whole time, and showed me where the stains were that he got up that I was concerned about. I would use this service over and over again! Thank you 😊

Sedrick called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time. Brought shoe covers along with him (I have never seen another carpet cleaning company do that before). Thoroughly explained the process. My carpets have never looked better. We do not wear shoes in our home but once a year I get the carpets cleaned. This is the first time we have ever used Zerorez. The other two companies that I have used over the years have either left the carpets soaking wet or I didn't feel that they really cleaned very well. Fantastic service! Thank you.

They guys were very professional, courteous, and prompt. The carpets looks like brand new after having my own doubts about how clean they would be able to get. I love that they are unlike other "cleaners" that leave your carpet with a layer of soap that attracts more dirt. The smell was fresh and clean.
