The technician, Cortez, was prompt and professional. He arrived well within the time frame that was given to me over the phone, and was incredibly efficient, focused, and friendly. The carpets and stairs virtually shined after Cortez finished the job. True to your company's advertising pitch, there was "zerorez" left over the next morning when we moved all of our furniture back into position. In fact, we've enjoyed rolling around on, running our fingers through, and burying our noses in our gloriously clean carpets!

Sean the technician was very knowledgeable, nice, and personable. The carpets look very clean and they dried very quickly. My only dissatisfaction was in my living room. All furniture in there was well under 60 lb (probably 30 lb and less as I can easily move it around and I am pretty puny,) but no furniture was moved. Not even the coffee table that was in the middle of the room. I just assumed it would all be pushed over then pushed back. I thought maybe he just did not place plastic liners under the "feet" of the furniture, but when I look beneath and around them there is definitely a not clean carpet. Maybe we had a miscommunication but in the bedrooms all but the heavy pieces were moved and plastic liners placed on the bottoms. Again, I really liked the technician, etc. If not for this problem I would definitely rate it 10.
When I checked my carpet today I was thrilled to find that it looked just as good as it did when Sean finished it yesterday. The really dark stains were gone and the room smells clean.
Sean did an excellent job! He was professional and thorough in his explanation of the Zerorez process.

Our carpeting is being saturated by a geriatric dog. The chemicals you use really refreshed our carpeting and overall smell of the house
The service was outstanding and quite unusual in the this day in age. Sedrick Cole was positive, curtious , and very respectful. He went above and beyond with every aspect, from his call that he was 20 minutes away, until he said good bye. We own a family business, and would jump to have an employee like Sedrick!
Everything from my 1st phone call to scheduling of service and the end result couldn't have been better! The best thing is my wife is happy and the carpets look good for our Thanksgiving dinner!
