The technicians were very educated on the process and they educated me. They didn't mind going through the process with me. These guys were very thorough and made sure I was satisfied completely. They even went over a few spots a couple of times to make sure their product was completely effective. All the while being fast and efficient. Both of the gentlemen were kind and courteous. They offered additional products but didn't try to oversell me. I am happy to say that it was an amazing experience. I will definitely pass Zerorez services on to my family and friends.
