I've used hot services before and had great results. My last technician had great communication and was very professional and polite. The only complaint I have is that I don't feel my area rug is as clean as the first time I used your services. I still smell urine in the spots in the rug.

The staff member that provided services was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and was able to reccommend what he thought would work best for our carpets. He even took a before and after picture to show me the difference it made. Our carpets are a bit older and two big dogs live in the home so there is a lot of wear on the high traffic areas. The results were great given the condition of our carpets.
