The technician that came to my home, Sedrick, was extremely polite and personable. He called just as I was told he would, approximately 15-20 minutes before arrival, and was even nice enough to work my appointment in earlier, as other appointments for him earlier in the day hadn't taken long. Sedrick listened patiently to all of my requests, offered an additional service I hadn't considered -- since I have pets and he recognized high traffic areas in need of protecting, and completed the entire job in approximately 90 minutes. I'm sure all of ZeroRez' technicians are equally competent, but after handling my job, I can understand why it's Sedrick's name that I see in so many positive feedback responses. I recommend ZeroRez to everyone, and now I understand also why the Dave Glover Show talks about them so much as well.
