The technicians were very friendly. They made sure we were happy with each room and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the job they were doing. One of the best parts was they were very respectful of our house... they even used corner protectors to make sure our corners/baseboards weren't damaged!
They also used a cover for the front door to block anything coming in while the hose was in the house. We were very happy with the results ans the professionalism!

Everything was done well and the gentleman was very professional. Fully explained everything he did and did not get pushy, trying to oversell things like a lot of places. I really hate people who do that. I don't want a 'used car salesman" to show up to clean my furniture or carpets. If I want something I'll tell you.

The best part about Zerorez, the guys that come to do the work are awesome! I just used them for the second time. For the second time, they were earlier than the appointment window & this guy was just as great as the first guy. I can't say enough good things about them. I don't alway listen to ads given by dj's. I'm sure glad I did. I will always use Zerorez & most definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs cleaning done. they are great.
