We had basically given up on one room in our house because it had been destroyed by our dog. We've had it professionally cleaned before, but I feel like it was really more of a band aid affect - the stains and smell never really left. I was also disappointed because I had it cleaned for an event I was having at my house, and the cleaning actually brought out more of the smell during their process. I LOVE the way zerorez works without the harsh chemicals. Our carpets look brand new. I am so incredibly impressed with how well it worked and how quick the process was.
