The carpets look great. I didn't like how it was a 3 room package for one price, but for stain treatment is was an extra 60 per room.
Our carpets are 17 years old, and it brought life back into them. In fact you can see before and after from untouched place under the bed. The technician was very professional, and friendly. I like the water method vs soapy methods. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
