I have been a customer for several years. What I love about this company is my "old" carpets look fresh and new after each time they are cleaned by Zerorez. I also like the fact that they are not saturated with liquids. They dry quickly and are soft after drying. Not hard to the touch like I have found with other companies who use soaps. Most of all, I love how professional and mannerly the technicians are. I'm a lifer with Zerorez!!

Our carpets were "finally" cleaned by a Company that actually deep cleaned our carpets; the previous Companies that cleaned our carpets did not do a good job where Zerorez did a fantastic job and even returned afterwards to clean up an accident from our cat. I would give them a 10+ and highly recommend to anyone!
The service guy who came for the duct cleaning was very courteous and helpful. I was very impressed that after he looked in the ducts and took pictures he showed me and gave me the option of not going forward because they were not really dirty.
