It's fast, the products used are all natural and pet friendly and there is never any residue left behind. They always do a great job, If I have really tough stains, they try really hard to make sure that the stain comes out!

The technician that performed the service was nice, quick but also thorough, helpful in answering my question and he did a great job. My carpet looked much better and there was none of the crunchy side effects like using other services or products! It was also easy to schedule the appointment over the phone.
The process works for cleaning carpets and it better than shampoo. The tech in 2017 was great to work with and the tech 01/03/2020 was great also. I highly recommend Zerorez to everyone.
