I have used ZeroRez for 2 homes now. Carpet cleaning and duct work cleaning. Each time, they explained the process when they arrived and as well, showed videos of the duct work cleaning. afterwards. My representative, Mark, took it a step further and recommended replacing my insulation on my outside air conditioning main cooling line into my furnace. This is something I would not have caught. Overall, very satisfied with pricing, service and the communication with my representative!

I had 2 different Crews. The first crew of 2 did my dryer vent. They arrived on time and gave me a 15 minute heads up they were on their way. They cleaned out the duct after removing the protective cage and discovered a bird's nest and a wasp nest inside the protective cage covering the vent. They cleaned it out, replaced the protective cage and then took care of the mess that landed on my neighbor's patio that was right underneath the ladder. I think they were here for about 40 minutes.
The second crew consisted of one and he cleaned the 3 carpets I had wanted done. He was originally scheduled to come between 3 to 5, contacted me as he had some cancellations and could arrive at noon. I first told him no as the dryer vent was being cleaned, but when that crew arrived in 5 minutes after this call and I spoke with them they said it would be no problem. So I called Mark Miller, the carpet person, and told him he could come and do the carpets. He arrived within minutes and started working. He did an excellent job and removed all of the stains in the small bedroom. I added the protective stain guard besides the one I was already getting for the living room carpet. I think he was here about 2 hours.
The only problem was that I had to wait longer to put my stuff back in both rooms (that I had removed that were breakable like the lamps or small pieces of furniture like the plant stands, magazine rack, cd player, etc. that the protective guard was sprayed on as it took longer for that to dry. But it was definitely worth it. Mark also explained I should vacuum thoroughly those 2 rooms in 3 days, which I will do.

This is our second time using them and again pleased with how clean our carpets are.
Zerorez leaves a clean, non-sticky carpet. My carpets are 17+ years old and they look almost new. Traffic areas of concern were pretty much eliminated. The tech, Cyrus, even removed a years-old paint spot! He was knowledgable and efficient. He was very pleasant and friendly and I will definitely request him the next time I call Zerorez.
