They did a really good job on my bedroom carpet. There is a stain that is partially returning. It was, Im sure a difficult stain to get out. But I did notice that it is coming back somewhat.

Our service included the cleaning of a sofa, love seat and area rug. Jason observed our 2 dining chairs could not be cleaned because of the fabric, but he recommended a dry cleaning process we could do at home. Jason also took our 9 x 12 area rug for cleaning and said it would be delivered as well. He applied fabric protector to our furniture and recommended it for our area rug as well. Jason was prompt, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable, and was respectful of our home. Tomorrow we will use our furniture and look forward to our rug being delivered soon.

The team did a fantastic job! They were very effective and informative. They even went above and beyond: I recently had our roof replaced, they noticed several roofing nails on the driveway still, they collected and disposed of those too!!

My carpets look great. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also had corner protectors so the hoses did not do any damage to my walls. The only thing is that my hallway is very small so I was hoping it would not count as a room which it did.
