My only awkward moment was the tipping process. It is uncomfortable to complete the tip with the person standing there watching. Next time I will have the tip in cash.

The technician was knowledgeable and personable. He had the system cleaned and AC back in about 1.5 hours. He showed me the video of all the debris in the system as it was being swept away. I will certainly recommend Zerorez to others.
I like the fact that a lot of chemicals are not used. My technician did a great job. I had a black stain from the mechanism under my reclining chair that he was able to remove completely.
