The technician show up on time and had a very positive attitude and was able to answer all of my questions. He took his time to do a very through and meticulous job with excellent results. My area rug looked and smelled brand new again. After he was done I showed some other areas of my house that I would like to get clean in the near future before the Holidays get here.
