My technician, Dominic. Was very knowledgeable about fabrics and carpet laying. I found this to be very helpful. He also was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and finished very close to what he projected. My carpets look great and my off-white furniture vibrant. This was the best experience I've had with carpet and furniture cleaning in the last seven years.

Jachai H was a great tech! Called me, showed up and introduced himself, came in to see the areas that needed attention. J gave a full explanation of the process. By my surprise, my dog ran up to us to meet his new best friend, J! Thankfully he isn’t afraid of dogs, he was friendly and playful with the dog while we walked through the rest of the house. We talked about some of the pet odor from my older dog having accidents, and he went over the additional treatment cost and effectiveness.
