Reggie did a great job for us - unfortunately his equipment was not working properly - as a result a lot of time was wasted while the technician suggested thiings to try - eventually another truck was dispatched to our location - which was almost an hour away.
Not only was the tech's time wasted - ours was too !
Because of the time between starting our kitchen floor and getting a backup truck, the kitchen floor had dried and required a lot of extra work.. The final result of our clean was good - but time spent was not.
I sincerely hope that Reggie was compensated for time he could not do his job - just wasted time waiting.
