The tech was great! Very polite and friendly! I've used Zerorez twice now and will continue to use them. Best deal for your buck. The first time they got a stain out of my carpet I'd been trying to clean for years with no luck of my own. The second time was after my elderly mother passed away. She hadn't been able to let the furbabies out regularily prior to her passing and Zerorez didn't blink twice. Wasn't judgemental and took care of busines like the professionals they are. Have already referred my cousin in Indianapolis to use them next time she needs her carpets cleaned :)
