Love Zerorez! It’s easy to schedule, all equipment stays outside in the truck, except the cleaning hose. Prompt, very courteous service! Dillon was great at explaining what was happening every step of the way. Most of all, I like that there are no residual chemicals left in the carpet. It’s safe for my little grandson to play on the carpet. Will use them again next time! My carpet looks great!

Everything was done in a timely manner. The two service people were personable and did a great job. My carpet looks nice and clean. Only thing....I was sure my stairway was included in the hallway cleaning, but I had to pay extra. So, my original cost was going to be $134 and ended up being $204.
