Definitely an outstanding job done at presentation, during and after the service. I like the fact of all the photos and videos taken so you can actually see that before, during and finished results. They all explain the photos and what to expect or what they are doing. My biggest surprise was how quiet the a/c was when they turned it back on. I actually had to go out to the garage to check and then could see and hear it quietly running. And finally, they made sure that the house was definitely cleaner than when they first arrived and that everything met my satisfaction.

This was my 3rd carpet cleaning using Zerorez. From 1st contact reservation, to the final contact with settling the bill, very professional, yet friendly and respectful. The end result is a beautiful carpet which smells so fresh and looks even better. The young technician [Ryan] who I’ve worked with on all the projects, is really impressive! Very courteous, knowledgeable, considerate of my belongings. Each time I’ve been in contact with this amazing young man, I am grateful to Zerorez for employing such a talented staff member as Ryan.

Your ability to clean stained carpeting without the stains reappearing post procedure. I understand you do not use the soap and chemicals that encourage spots to return, attaching to the dirt /soap residues left in the carpeting after being cleaned. So far, using your company, this has never happened to me.
