ZeroRez was able to come out when another company refused due to a lack of driveway. The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He respected my home by switching shoes each time he came in and out. Explained everything, but didn't go on and on with more information than was necessary.

Very professional and cleaned several of my throw rugs like they were brand new. My rugs had several dog spots on them and Kyle was very meticulous ensuring the spots were removed. I love the fact that ZeroRez does not use harsh chemicals to clean rugs. I highly recommend them for your rug cleaning requirements.
