Excellent service! Arrived on time, very professional, very thorough and respectful of the home. He stayed over 4 hours for 2 rugs, two bathrooms and kitchen floors, couch and two chairs and did a very thorough job. This was not a rush job by any means. Brad was a 100 out of 10. I highly recommend Brad and his company.

I like that Zerorez is safe for pets and children but, still does a great job at getting the carpets cleaned and stained or traffic areas removed and looking good as new. Zerorez has always been professional and on time.

I was so thankful to get my carpets cleaned, getting an odor treatment in one of my rooms, and the option to get a protective treatment for the high traffic areas. We also got our air ducts cleaned the same day. We were so excited to learn about our options for fogging and UV protection in our vents! We had no idea you guys offered those type of services and we are thankful to be able to use you guys in the future. Both Kirkland, who did our carpets, and Joe, who did our vents, were incredible! Highly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. You guys go above and beyond in service!
