The crew did a magnificent job in cleaning the chair and three rooms worth of carpet. They were on time (early, actually), polite and thoroughly professional. They explained what they were doing and how long it would take for everything to dry.

Thanks for being a company that WILL reduce the cleaning price based upon what the cleaner sees at the home. We had new carpet and the time to clean our carpet was reduced to a third of the time, most companies won't do that to keep a client from a one-time to a repeat client
They did a great job. This the 3rd time we’ve used them to clean our carpets. Each time the service has been high quality and attentive to our needs. It has also been thorough and helpful. Their cleaners have always been very polite, professional, and friendly.
They showed up on time and explained everything. As usual they always try and up sale extra services which was $170 for the duct cleaning and $60.00 for the carpet cleaning which made my total bill just shy of $1000.00($990). they did a good job but the extra services they said that I would smell freshness and I don't smell anything from the deodorizer in the ducts and on the carpet. they were quick and and very friendly.

We had a competitor of zerorez clean our carpets the last time. They left a bunch of soap residue behind. So glad we made the switch as our carpet has new life again.

Our couch looks brand new and smells good without the scent being overwhelming and chemical smelling which is good.
Technicians for both services did a great job. Mark and Eddie who cleaned the ducts and dryer vent, and Tom who cleaned the carpet, were thorough and offered helpful suggestions for maintenance of our home.
Easy, fast, great result
The products cleaned our carpet thoroughly and Tevin explained what each application was and what it was doing. He was very careful going around furniture we could not move and our carpet was beautifully clean when he was finished. Our carpet was completely dry in 24 hours.
