ZeroRes is efficiently run and the service is quality without chemical or fragrant smells. I have used them for years in Austin. Most recently, Trey provided service. I received a text when he was on the way; he arrived in the scheduled window of time and even completed the service in that window. He worked efficiently, was courteous, had good communication, and did a very good job.

Scheduling is easy online. Notifications are a great reminder that our carpet is due for a cleaning or to notify us of sales going on. Our tech, Zeke, called 20-30 minutes prior to appointment to tell us he was on his way. He was also polite and did a great job in a timely manner.

Easy to set up, affordable, tech was on time well dressed and did a great job.

First I must say Jared was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the process and was very careful with the machines. Once finish the carpet was cleaned and the smell was so nice. I would use this company again. I was really happy with the service from beginning until finished.

My only issue was in my daughter’s room where he couldn’t get out some of the stains due to the not being able to use chemicals as your company does, which was acceptable. The only reason for the high review is for the tech.
