We liked being called prior to the technicians arrival. Terrance arrived on time, was professional and did an excellent t job. He protected the corners of our walls, he paid attention to high traffic areas, and we like that the carpet dries quickly. This is our third time using Zerorez and we will definitely use Zerorez again.

Cleaned the carpet very good. The young man was very polite and came on time. The only thing was it was wet for 2 days and that's with a industrial fan on it. I think should spend a little more time extracting the solution out and leaving it dryer.
