It was easy to schedule and to tell the scheduler exactly what I needed t be cleaned. Adam called a few minutes before he arrived. We walked through the area that need to be cleaned. He helped me pay my bill using his telephone.

Had such a good experience with Zerorez! The technician Jamie explained the process and answered all my questions. He made sure that I was satisfied with how the carpets looked and even gave me some recommendations for future carpet care. The dry time was pretty quick!
