Another home run by Zerorez! I had them clean tile floors, shower tile, and wood floors. Many years ago I sealed my wood floor with a Bona product which did well for a few years but over time the seal shine had worn off leaving the floor with blotch marks. Initially, I didn’t think that the new seal overcoat by Zerorez would be a problem over the Bona product but the two had an interaction causing more blotches. Zerorez spent hours and hours over multiple days with all hands on deck, meaning the senior tech, the manager and the owner searched for an answer using products they deal with, doing several different product tests but with no results. And, it wouldn’t be expected for them to apply any products they are not familiar with too. Even though it was my issue of the worn out seal even with all the work Zerorez put into rectifying my wood floor issue they were unable to find a solution. Zerorez did refund the cost of cleaning the wood floor without me even asking for it. I have the cleanest wood floor in the neighborhood though. Zerorez stands behind its products but it’s not reasonable for them to guarantee a resolution when dealing with an unfamiliar product. Yes, I will have them back without a second thought.

Our technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a joy to have. During our walk through he shared important details about carpet cleaning things to do and not do. He explained available services based on our homes needs. He didn’t pressure me or make me feel guilty when making our plan. He worked very hard and did a wonderful job on our carpets and rugs. We are very pleased with him all around 10/10!
