We have used Zerorez for years, We tried several different services and have found Zerorez to be the best. We especially like the fast drying times. Three years ago we did the carpet protectant and it has been pretty much as good as advertised. Highly recommended. Never a problem with the service.

The service was incredible. The tech worked extra hard to remove stains and the carpet looked great.

They performed well and quickly. The various spots in the carpet that needed special cleaning counted as one room, which I found generous.

One item: I wrote a check and afterwards was given an opportunity to give a tip. I had no cash and didn't want to write another check. Can the opportunity to give a tip be presented before a check is written. I felt bad about it.

The tech who came to our home was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our carpet was new when we moved into our home a year ago and he recognized that our carpet was wool - which I didn't know. He confirmed the process for cleaning wool carpet with the office and then switched the treatment protocol. If he hadn't done this our carpet would likely have been ruined or stained. This level of detail and care is greatly appreciated and not always seen today.

Our service pro was friendly and efficient, explaining everything that was gong on. He identified some problem areas and offered solutions. He worked quickly and methodically and did not waste any of our time. The outcome was better than we expected with a couple of spots that had been problems for some time being resolved.

Extremely satisfied with the entire process. Booked appointment online, but wanted to provide some information. Called local number and left a message. Received a call from local Agent next day and discussed my concerns and questions. The Technician, Owen, showed up within the prescribed timeframe fully prepared for the job. Owen explained the process, quickly got to work. Owen was very respectful and pleasant. While worked on cleaning our recliner he was very detailed. Overall cleaning of kitchen tile, carpets and chair was exceptional. Definitely will schedule again with Zeroez.
