Ernesto was very friendly and kept me informed. He arrived on time and was efficient and respectful of my home. For the most part, the carpet looked great after the cleaning!! However, while wet, the carpet really looked great, but when dry, there were still a few areas of stains that didn't come out (more than the 2 he had pointed out to me).

They are always courteous, respectful, and informative when they come. My carpets always feel soft and clean without a chemical smell.

My rugs look so refreshed and my entire home smells fresh. Your technicians are professional and personable.
