The tech was honest about how the results would be because of the age and traffic areas in the carpet. I knew this, but he was not giving me any story about how great the outcome would be and I appreciated his truthfulness. The results were better than the last cleaning and your tech cleaned up very well before he left. I have used your company several times and have always been pleased.
