Kevin was the most amazing and educative technician ever. I'm a motel owner and was in the carpet steam cleaning business myself years ago. I was highly impressed with how clean the carpet came out without using any harsh chemicals and the speed and professionalism of Zac the tech. I'd highly recommend this company. They also clean couches, chairs, and tile so I'm sure I'll be using them on a regular basis when services are needed.
Technician was courteous and professional. Went over with me what I wanted done and the approximate time frame to accomplish cleaning. My carpet looks fantastic and has no odor.
The technician, Ernest W., was excellent. Very professionally explained the cleaning process and expected outcomes. Our carpets ae very clean and fluffed back up to levels not seen in a couple of years.
