The guy who came and cleaned our carpets was outstanding. I wish I remember his name (he has a brother who’s a gymnast!). He was thorough and worked quickly. Please give him a shoutout and recognition.

We were excited to try high alkaline water cleaning with no harsh chemicals, especially having kids and dogs. Rain came out and did a great job cleaning each room! The rugs turned out great and they are nice and clean.
Crew was on time. Did great work and got me ready to move into my new to me house. JOSH AND Jordan were very thorough and explained what they were doing and let me know about other services they provide. Great job, professional, friendly. I highly recommend Zerorez.
Seth was a really nice guy! Kinda weird he brought his kid with him, and had to use some of my tools and ladder? His car wasn’t marked Zerorez either. He taught me some things about my ac unit that I didn’t know! He also said I had a nice smile and a sexy butt, (that was a little weird, but I enjoy compliments!). The air purifier he installed seemed to really help with our sinuses! He offered to clean tile, carpet, and upholstery, but I told him I’m sure I’m WAY better at those services!!! Still, I’m not trained to do his job, and am very thankful for his help!!! I’d recommend Zerorez to EVERYONE, and do, as I’m a 12 year technician and coworker of Seth, He loved my sense of humor btw!

I was very impressed by your technicians Tyler and Maliek for their pleasant and professional demeanor and knowledge of the system. They cleaned two recliners, making them look like new, as well as four large rooms and a hallway of fitted carpet, and we were very pleased to know that there is no residue in our carpets, unlike other systems we have used in the past. Everything dried in a relatively short time and with all areas looking and smelling clean and fresh. Excellent job; thanks so much!
