I was very pleased with the service I received from zerorez. They cleaned the carpets, chairs and pews at our church. We were very pleased.

We had our carpets cleaned. The first try was a fail and left the carpets mostly dirty but with clean streaks. I called Zerorez and they immediately scheduled a redo. Dylan came out the second time and he did an amazing job. He even got out candle wax that I was sure was permanent.

They were very prompt setting up the appointment and professional when they came to pick up my rug.

Matt was wonderful, again, in the service he provided on our stained carpet. He took the time to make sure it was extracted and clean. He has such a strong worth ethic, and is very knowledgable, and takes the time to answer all questions. He is truly an excellent representative of your company!

After the cleaning process our carpet always looks like it is brand new. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. We can rely on a quality cleaning everytime. Scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy.

I love how clean and residue free our carpets are after cleaning and how good they look and hold up even a year later. Most impressive was a stain we had this year that I really thought wasn't going to come out of our very light gray carpet. Our tech, Olivia was amazing, and you'd never know that stain was there. She answered my questions and took great care with protecting our walls and such. She is one I hope tq ask for next visit.

I was not happy with my initial service because it appears that the young man who cleaned my carpet was not trained properly. Even though he was very nice he did not spot treat small stains and only clean around my area rug.

However, the second gentleman that was sent back to clean the carpet again was more experienced and was able to treat and remove the stains, not to mention he was very friendly, informative, and helpful.
