I love the feel of the carpet after it is all complete. There is no sticky residue of any kind. Also smells great! Our technician was knowledgeable, kind, and left our home better than he found it.
Carpet looks great. A trail of the cleaner liquid was left on my wood floor probably as he exited the house, but it didn't leave any damage. I just mopped it up.

The vents cleaning and carpet cleaning was awesome. I’d recommend doing the vents first, and then the carpet cleaning afterwards. all the technicians are truly professionals.

Service techs helpfully explained everything, worked through what I wanted, etc.
I do have one recommendation: We have older carpets, and the heaviest traffic areas have less padding, so more water remained and took a full 24 hours to dry, with towels to absorb some water, etc.
Perhaps if they recognized or asked if this is old carpet, then run the cleaning/vacuum head over these wetter areas a second or third time?
