Zerorez was quick to reach out to me when I had questions. Scott did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets and the fabric on couches and chairs. He called to let me know when he was on his way, explained the process, listened to the areas I was particularly concerned about, and walked me through those areas of concern after he finished. It was a great experience!

The carpet pre-treatment product worked very well. I liked that we were able to walk on the carpet before it was completely dried.

The machine he used left residual on the tile floor and grout. I’m unable to remove it. A technician came out to try and remove still there. Need supervision to make decision on How to can tie ad grout.
