I have used this company annually for over seven years, and except for last year's cleaning they have all been satisfactory.

This year the associate did a very good job, and we are happy with this service.

I have two areas of concern with the company.

(1) They should include the service fee in the price of the service, not as an addition fee.

(2) I, as are so many people, tipped out. Why should a customers be obligated, or made to feel so, tip an employee that did the job they are getting paid to do? Asking for a tip at the end of the payment cycle; as the employee looks on is shameless.

He was so knowledgeable and informative as well as very professional. I complimented him verbally face-to-face, and told him I was very happy with the way he cleaned my carpet.

Looking for a new company to clean my carpets. My carpets are old and the heavily traveled areas were very dirty. I was waiting for the dark colors to return. It has been 2 weeks, and my carpets are still fresh and clean. I recently noticed that he even removed old stains. It was beyond expectations. Thanks Cody for a job well done
