Zerorez was recommend to me by Migala Carpet in Kalamazoo. I was a bit hesitant as I was not at all familiar with Zeroez but figured if a major carpet store recommended them they have to be pretty solid. And Zerorez did not disappoint. Booking an appointment was easy and quick. The gentleman who did the service (Josh) called before he arrived and was super polite, generous and professional. Prior to cleaning, he walked me through some problem areas and suggested how he'd like to address them. Then he spent several hours cleaning the carpets and at the end of the day they turned out fantastic. Honestly, I could not be happier with the service, price and overall value. I would highly recommend them!!

Jacob was an excellent communicator and shared what additional product offerings were available should I need or want them but did not push or feel salesy. The rug was a little beyond repair but the cleaning was very cost effective and I will use this organization again should I have a need to. Thanks, Jacob, for being so great!
