I had my carpet cleaned about a month ago and I can't get over how clean and beautiful it looks. In the past with other carpet cleaners, I've noticed stains come back and that was not the case with zerorez. My carpet is 13 years old and it looks brand new!

Cleaning carpet with no residue and stays clean longer as a result. The technician was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He worked hard and was very accommodating to my requests for carpet areas needing cleaning. He was not pushy and was time efficient as well.

That there's no chemicals, that the technicians are knowledgeable and they can explain things like the protectant when I asked. I like the fact that you have those Corner things to protect the walls, they wear shoe covers and then they clean up the leftover water residue. All my stains were removed.
