Hyatt did a great job. He was personable, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. I even added some items to clean and he let me know the cost of each and then added them to his work. He had me check each room before he moved to the next in case I had any concerns. He was in and out in a timely manner and left instructions on how to promote the drying process. Would definitely use this company again.

Appointments easy to schedule. Technicians arrive on time and are courteous and knowledgeable. Carpets clean well and it lasts over time. This past cleaning, the technician Shane Sdarez worked very efficiently and was able to remove some heavy traffic dark areas. I also like there is no “hard sell” to get you to do more than you want to do. (other rooms, furnishings etc)
